We've been serving our community of Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Nashville and surrounding areas since 2008.
We chose the name Hot Yoga House because a home is the place where it feels right to walk around without shoes, where the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is a shelter but it is also the birthplace of love, hopes, and aspirations.
By building that strong foundation from which to go about our daily lives, we can begin to strengthen who we are and who we will become. We hope to offer that at the Hot Yoga House--to build a home within the House and set the foundation of clear and meaningful intentions so that each student, teacher, and friend is closer to reaching his or her highest capable level of existence.
We hope you will find this community in the Hot Yoga House, one that strives towards its fullest potential in its practice and in turn in the world.
Our intention at the Hot Yoga House is to embrace all so that you find that home is not just where the heat is, but truly where the heart is.

Why we do what we do & in the heat!
The Physical (and the heat)
At the Hot Yoga House you're going to get a full-body workout. All of our teachers offer a balanced practice. The yoga studio is heated between 93-100 degrees. You will sweat and your heart rate will go up. You can expect to burn between 300 and 500 calories during a class. Why a heated room? The heat allows the muscles to become warm and pliable, protecting you from injury, and it stimulates the body's natural detoxification process thanks to all that sweating.
In all forms of yoga, the mind is strengthened through the discipline of practice. Possible benefits include: decreased stress, depression and more. Our style of hot yoga helps create a calm, peaceful mind. Meditation helps to quiet the constant chatter in your brain. You'll relax, loosen up and feel better.
As we strengthen the body and calm the mind, we open ourselves up for a transformational experience. Originally, yoga was intended to be a tool to forget the body's consciousness, quiet the mind and transcend our limitations, allowing us the freedom to become closer to something greater than ourselves. Sounds deep, right? Don't worry--yoga works from the inside out, and you'll feel it happening. It'll be amazing. All you have to do is keep showing up.
